Planning a wedding abroad isn’t easy, and the Chateau du Raysse was the first vendor we picked. We were looking for some place beautiful that would be able to host our 30 or so wedding guests, and that also wouldn’t blow our budget up, and WOW! Did we luck out.
It was amazing how everything else fell into place so easily after that decision! Throughout the whole process, they were responsive and helpful, and even when we had an issue with hot water the day we arrived, it was fixed before it could even be noticed! The buildings and landscape themselves were beyond beautiful, I’m not even sure all the lovely photos do them justice.
Wir waren im April dort, und die Wisteria war in voller Blüte, was einfach wunderschön war. Die Küchen boten ausreichend Platz, um Frühstücks-, Mittag- und Abendessen zu veranstalten (obwohl wir hauptsächlich draußen auf den schönen Rasenflächen aßen).
Wir hatten genügend Platz für unsere 37 Gäste bei der Hochzeitszeremonie (die unter dem malerischen Bogen stattfand) und für die Feier im Garten des Hauses! Später am Abend tanzten wir in der Maison-Halle, was so viel Spaß war (und wir waren uns sehr dankbar für die Klimaanlage!). Wir nutzten auch das Schwimmbad, wo der Bräutigam den ganzen Morgen am Hochzeitstag herumhing! Die Braut konnte sich auf dem Balkon der Hauptsuite anfertigen, was den Morgen so friedlich und schön machte.
Every guest had amazing things to say about the Chateau, and I will sing its praises for the rest of my days! So if you’ve been dreaming of a fairytale wedding (or birthday or vacation!), don’t hesitate!
