The Raysse Estate comprises 12 hectares of land, divided up by historic buildings into a variety of beautiful outside spaces. Each space has its own unique charm and lends itself to different styles of celebration; from the breathtaking open views on the back lawn, to the intimacy of the walled garden behind the Maison du Parc.
For your wedding or event, this means you can personalise your day by choosing your perfect backdrop for some of the separate elements of your wedding or event. Enjoy a ceremony under the arch, a wedding breakfast on the back lawn or in the Maison garden, before dancing the night away in the Maison Hall.
The Front Lawn
The Cart Lodge
The Cart Lodge is a covered event space with hard standing, offering views of the front lawn and plenty of rustic french character. Keep celebrations al fresco while offering a bit of cover. It’s perfect for providing shade in the hotter months, or shelter if the weather turns!
Couples often choose this space to serve drinks and canapés following a ceremony on the front lawn.

The Back Lawn
The Maison Garden
Poolside
Get together after the big day, or in fact any time during your stay, to enjoy the two large swimming pools on the estate.
The main pool sits just beyond the back lawn of the Château with easy access to the kitchen, making it ideal for catering poolside.
The second pool is set amongst secluded trees and hedges, the perfect corner to relax or for younger guests to make a splash!
Both pools are alarmed for your safety.

There is a pretty archway, leading to a small courtyard which acts as a perfectly romantic backdrop for your wedding ceremony and photos.
The terrace of the Maison Hall leads out onto the front lawn, so this where your guests can enjoy fresh air, drinks and conversation between dances inside!

The back lawn
Whatever the season or the occasion, the back lawn of the Château provides an excellent space for your wedding or celebration.
With its dramatic towers, beautiful ivy and a tropical twist of palm trees and plants, the large lawn is ideal for wedding breakfasts, relaxed BBQs, cocktails and canapés or for your wedding ceremony.
On one side it leads down to the swimming pool and the other leads back to the front lawn. It also has direct access to the main kitchen.
