Every wedding or special event should be unique, just like you!
Some of our guests like to plan their event themselves and we love to see their creativity and new ideas for our beautiful spaces! Others prefer a package to make everything perfectly simple and to give complete peace of mind. There’s also an option that offers the best of both worlds; where you shape your own celebration, while we help bring everything together and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
We’ve outlined more details on each option below. Whichever approach you choose to take, our team will be here to support you throughout the planning process:

Option 1: Your Day, Your Way (DIY)
We don’t impose specific suppliers, we don’t charge corkage, and you are free to plan your day however you choose. We can, of course, still answer any questions you may have and make introductions to our network of trusted suppliers who have previously worked with the Raysse Estate.

Option 2: All Taken Care Of (full package)
If you would prefer to have an all-inclusive package for your special day, then this is something that we offer through exceptional local wedding planner, Julie Francis.
Julie combines her extensive wedding planning background with her understanding and knowledge of the Raysse Estate to create beautiful, unique and truly memorable events.

– A three-course menu using locally-sourced ingredients

Option 3: The Best of Both (on-the-day co-ordination)
We offer an on-the-day coordination package to ensure your wedding flows smoothly. This is provided by our professional and friendly team, who will be on hand for the entirety of your day.
The coordination package can be booked in conjunction with your chosen external suppliers.
The coordination package includes:
– An initial video call to discuss your event after booking the Château
– Handling of suppliers and timings on the day of your event (these will need to be confirmed four weeks in advance of your stay.)
– A second video call to discuss any final details (timings, locations and suppliers) four weeks before your event.
– Overseeing the set-up of suppliers at each location on the day
– Ensuring that both guests and suppliers follow the agreed timeline and are in the correct locations
– Making sure that all those essential details are managed to ensure an effortless and elegant event

The handling of furniture and items during the day can be arranged for an additional fee.
