Every wedding or special event should be unique, just like you! As such, we don’t impose specific suppliers and you are free to plan your day however you choose. This includes selecting a catering or food option which will complement the tastes of your guests and ambience of your celebration.
We’ve welcomed some fantastic chefs, catering companies and other food suppliers onto the Raysse Estate over the years, and have plenty of recommendations for you to browse.
We can make introductions for you, or you can contact them directly – please let them know that you found them through Chateau du Raysse’s recommendation.
Chef Eric LeClere
Chef Eric is a guest chef and on-site caterer specialising in high-quality French and American soul food.
They can cater for small intimate parties or large scale events. They can offer a selection of canapés, tapas, main dishes with accompaniments, charcuterie boards, salads and desserts.

Taj's Tea Parlour
Taj is available to create bespoke events and can offer gorgeous afternoon teas, BBQs, sit down meals or buffets and is entirely versatile to your requirements. She offers fresh, seasonal, organic and free range food, plus she also makes wedding cakes and can provide on-the-day coordination!
