Every wedding or special event should be unique, just like you! As such, we don’t impose specific suppliers and you are free to plan your day however you choose. This includes selecting a catering or food option which will complement the tastes of your guests and ambience of your celebration.
We’ve welcomed some fantastic chefs, catering companies and other food suppliers onto the Raysse Estate over the years, and have plenty of recommendations for you to browse.
We can make introductions for you, or you can contact them directly – please let them know that you found them through Chateau du Raysse’s recommendation.

Chef Eric is a guest chef and on-site caterer specialising in high-quality French and American soul food.
They can cater for small intimate parties or large scale events. They can offer a selection of canapés, tapas, main dishes with accompaniments, charcuterie boards, salads and desserts.

Frais au Feu is an event catering company that uses a mobile Italian wood-fired pizza oven. We can cater for anybody, anywhere and operate on a close to zero carbon footprint for weddings, festivals, weekly emplacements and private events. Our cooking uses waste offcuts of local wood and locally sourced ingredients with a focus on quality and freshness. We use traditional Italian techniques and recipes and are highly efficient in catering for groups of 20 to 200 people.
