And there’s no need to fill every minute. Head back to the château for a lazy afternoon beside the pool, a glass of wine in the gardens or a long evening meal together.

Your home in the Dordogne
With 16 beautiful ensuite bedrooms, the Raysse Estate can comfortably accommodate up to 35 adults across its three interlinked properties: the Château, the Pigeonnier and the Maison du Parc.
Two spacious, well-equipped kitchens make catering for a group easy, while two indoor dining rooms and tables in the gardens give you plenty of choice for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches and dinners together.
The accommodation is self-catering, but if you’d rather leave the cooking to somebody else, we’re happy to recommend local catering services.

You’re welcome to explore the château and its grounds throughout your stay. As custodians of a building that has stood for more than 800 years, we simply ask our guests to treat the château and its surroundings with care.

Château du Raysse is surrounded by peaceful countryside and is best suited to groups looking for a relaxed getaway rather than a late-night party venue. We want you to enjoy the château and make the most of having the estate to yourselves, while also being considerate of our neighbours and the peaceful surroundings, particularly when using the outdoor spaces in the evenings.
